• AFGRUND "The Age of Dumb" LP [Deep Six records]
Coming off the success of their 2009 album Vid Helvetets Grindar, AFGRUND return with their scorching new album The Age Of Dumb. Afgrund make an explosive mix of d-beat, punk, and grindcore that is on par with genre heavyweights Rotten Sound, Nasum, and Napalm Death. Checkout some tracks and great review as always by Metal Mouth
• BASTARD NOISE/LACK OF INTEREST - split 12" LP [Deep Six]
This classic split release has been years in the conceptual making. Long time friends Bastard Noise and Lack of Interest team for one of the most unforgettable split releases ever! The Bastard Noise side of the release was conceived and brought to fruition (after the unexpected departure of drummer Joel Connell in November of 2011) in just six months time. Aimee Artz and Eric Wood have teamed up with grind drummer extraordinaire Rich Hoak (Brutal Truth / Total Fucking Destruction) to create easily their most sinister skull session to date. This release is full of burning musical hooks, blazing drumming (Rich is a true skull on these sessions), "Four Steel Girders" soaked in nitroglycerin, sick electronics / keys and vocalist Artz' most powerful and convincing vocals ever. The Hoak Sessions, as they are aptly titled, are bound to pull in those seeking the ultimate in "skull power" and musical dexterity. The phenomenal Mitchell Luna (formerly of blitzing grind unit Maruta) makes a guest appearance and shares vocals with Artz on one track too! Again, produced by Michael Rozon (The Red List, A Culture of Monsters, and Skulldozer), The Hoak Sessions were created out of the endless passion that drives "the skull" and is dedicated to our amazing and loyal followers
• CAPITALIST CASUALTIES "Disassembly Lines" LP [Six Weeks]
After 9 years, the debut from this legendary California power violence act is available once again. Includes 21 tracks from the original, plus the CD has their hard-to-find Art Of Ballistics EP and a few old compilation tracks. A true punk classic.
• EDORA (SINGAPORE)/KENT BROCKMAN SPLIT LP [TVG records]
EDORA's side totally rules!! Singapore HC punk. Great female vocals with th occasional male back-ups, this is fast and frantic whilst still being tuneful. Lyrics about abolishing the caste system and other socio/political observations, this is no frill, heads down HC with politically aware lyrics. KENT BROCKMAN meanwhile go for a more dual vocal mayhem type approach with lots of breakdowns and mosh parts mixed in with blastbeats and frantic HC with a metal edge. (SHY)
• FLAGITIOUS IDIOSYNCRASY IN THE DILAPIDATION "Wallow" LP [Six Weeks Records]
F.I.D. is a band made up of four incredibly talented Japanese women from Tokyo, Japan playing an epileptic convulsion of old school raw grindcore, infested with EVIL Japanese metal and traditional hardcore/punk. Taking cues from countrymen UNHOLY GRAVE, this is an outburst of RAW fucking grind and metal…the record starts pissed off, picks up an unrelenting intensity as it proceeds and ends in a massive cauldron of seething anger and disgust!! Limited to 500 LP
• FLAGITIOUS IDIOSYNCRASY IN THE DILAPIDATION - S/T LP [Six Weeks Records]
GRINDCORE. After exposing themselves to the world through their split 7" with INSECT WARFARE that came with Short Fast & Loud #19, Tokyo's FLAGITIOUS IDIOSYNCRASY IN THE DILAPIDATION finally appear on vinyl with this issue of their CD originally released by a Czech label. The end product is 4 ladies wailing through menacing blasting and grinding death with touches of traditional Japanese hardcore, complete with blazing fast drumming, relentless guitar work and blood curdling screaming vocals.
• IRON LUNG - "White Glove Test" LP [Iron Lung Records] - TRANSPARENT ORANGE color vinyl.
Slushat' comrades! White Glove Test is IRON LUNG's third studio album and follow-up to 2007's wildly successful Sexless//No Sex. What started out being the "slow industrial" concept album and pointedly left-field endeavor turned into a frantically paranoid and claustrophobic power-violence masterpiece complete with water tight stop/start compositions leading the way to crushing sludge bits intermingled with blistering hardcore pummel. It's what adults of the Cold War era would refer to as "your typical kill-your-mother-kill-your-father type stuff". The best FEEDING artwork to date adorns a heavy duty gatefold sleeve and high quality black vinyl. It also comes with a digital download that contains the music album, a companion noise album and a combination of the two for a total of three separate but equal annihilations. Plus a video for viewing pleasures.
• KILL - Make 'Em Suffer LP [To Live A Lie]
The Kill is from Australia. Make 'em Suffer' is an exercise in top notch grindcore. It rivals some of the best albums released in grindcore over the last few years. The intensity is near-unparalled, the execution is brutal and the music face-melting. It's everything a true grindcore fan yearns for.
• MISERY INDEX - Retaliate LP + 7" [Power It Up Records]
In 2011, Power It Up Records re-released the long out of print Misery Index debut LP, "Retaliate," this gate-fold 12" pressing includes 3 demo versions of album tracks as a bonus, and also a 7" of live material recorded in 2007 in Holland, along with some new liner notes.
• MANHUNT "Self-Titled" LP [625 thrash records]
MANHUNT are back to fuck you up and get even. 14 tracks of hate-filled dirge at velocities that approach the absurd, clocking in at just 17 minutes. A long attention span is not required but a new pair of undies and pre-whitened knuckles may be. Fans of the bands 7” ‘Human Detritus’ and split 7” with Melbourne grinders INTERNAL ROT need look no further for another consistent taste of the band’s wares, but those interested in a heavier, more considered dose of power may find a new favourite
• MAN IS THE BASTARD - Thoughtless LP [Gravity]
Gravity is very happy to announce the re-issue of the long out-of-print LP originally recorded in 1995. Their sound was a brutal mix of complicated technical riffing and straight-up hardcore made by dual basses, noise boxes and hardcore/prog drum beats. Making things even more interesting were the band members' interests in the burgeoning noise scene, something that affected their music greatly. Man Is The Bastard's brutal deconstruction of politically-minded punk, hardcore and electronics bent minds all over the globe. While similar affiliated acts like Bastard Noise, Neanderthal and Spazz were all in the same ballpark, MITB were in their own universe. Now available on colored vinyl.
• MAN IS THE BASTARD / CAPITALIST CASUALTIES split LP [Six Weeks Records]
Finally, the long awaited re-issue of a monumental release from two legendary power violence bands. Released in 1994 in a short run of 1,200 copies. Then released again in 2009 as another short run. This mighty piece of molten vinyl showcases two of the leaders of the power violence retaliation at the height of their songwriting powers. This release marked the debut of Andy Beattie (No Comment) on vocals for MITB and the band slays with political, unerring power. Capitalist Casualties lay down 13 tracks of unbreakable hardcore thrash, intense politics and seething disgust for humanity. After nearly 20 years since this release first came out, both bands decided it was time to get this back into print, completely true to the original release, highlighted by killer cut and paste art by Jeff Whiplash.

• MAGRUDERGRIND "II" LP [Relapse records]
One of extreme music's most distinctive modern acts, MAGRUDERGRIND, returns after a 6-year hiatus with the new album II. Recorded with producer Kurt Ballou (Converge, High on Fire, Torche) at God City Studios and mastered by Brad Boatright (Obituary, Nails), II continues developing the trio's punishing hybrid of grindcore, powerviolence and hardcore punk across 15 tracks of blistering sonic warfare. II is unquestionably MAGRUDERGRIND's most crushing and abrasive material to date, a savage manifesto of scathing political and personal revolution.
• NASUM "Inhale//Exhale" LP [Relapse records]
Sprawling 38-track debut Inhale/Exhale became an immediate grindcore classic and one that is still referenced amongst the best of the genre! Social concern and political frustration formed the basis of the band's lyrical attack, and harkened back to such classic Swedish hardcore bands as Mob 47, Crude SS and Anti-Cimex, but with the added extremity of the late 80's/early 90's Swedish death metal bands like Nihilist. Press reactions were amazing, to say the least, as the sheer extremity of the band's delivery impressed varied music publications across the board. Absolutely essential grind!
• PLUTOCRACY "Snipping Pigs" LP [Six Weeks Records]
A small lesson for those who don't know: Plutocracy was a Grindcore band from Redwood City, California and a major player in the West Bay (Northern California) underground fast music scene. They existed from 1988-1993 and then reformed in 1998 to record this album to honor former bass player Dan "Zodiac Iller" Hogan who had sadly passed. This is a long awaited re-pressing of this album, unfortunately following the death of another of the bands grindfathers, Stinkweed. A legendary concoction of grindcore, distortion, gangtsa rap, and multiple screaming voices with violent references to cops, smoking weed, and mind fucking insanity. Band members went on to form bands like SPAZZ, NO LESS, KALMEX AND THE RIFFMERCHANTS and so many more, the list is endless. A now-classic foray into the demented heads of PLUTOCRACY, "Sniping Pigs" has stood the test of time where most other grindcore records of the era fall short. This pressing is limited to 500 copies.
• P.L.F. "Devious Persecution And Wholesale Slaughter" LP [Six Weeks Records]
Six Weeks Records is proud to announce what could probably be the most devastating grindcore record of 2013 and the year just started!! Just end the competition because P.L.F. have unleashed an unbelievable exercise in pure, old school grindcore at its most damaging on this, their new release: "Devious Persecution And Wholesale Slaughter", a head crushing battering of 14 new, insanely powerful tracks. Observe all the elements: Harsh bolts of terror with influence taken from the legends of grindcore history (TERRORIZER, NAPALM DEATH, ASSUCK, REPULSION) and twisted all together with violent death/thrash metal bloodletting and an immense, ceiling collapsing studio recording, making this effort a milestone for this veteran Houston, Texas band, and grindcore itself.
• SPAZZ - Crush Kill Destroy LP [625 thrash Records]
This whole album, in fact, is the best thing SPAZZ has ever done, or ever did, as they disbanded after its release. Crush Kill Destroy is a rage-filled pleasure, and really the only thing you'd ever need to worry yourself with from this band, and SPAZZ's giddy and simple love for anything angry makes this album seem like one of the more enjoyable tantrums you'll ever hear. But the simple anger found here gets a bit too simple, and the fact that this barely diversifies brings down a little. Good if you want to feel like you punched a wall, but if you're too much of a skinny underfed wimp to actually punch the damn thing.
• SPAZZ - Dwarf Jester Rising LP [625 thrash Records]
SPAZZ's debut album rips through twenty-three bursts of frantic power-violence. Remastered and available on vinyl for the first time in over two decades. Originally released in 1993 on Clearview Records. Spazz is a true gem of the west coast Powerviolence band with all its intensity and identity. This is a must for those who love Powerviolence.

NASUM was on the front of modern grindcore and one of the most well known band of that genre. On this DoLP you´ll find more than 50 bands who give there respect to NASUM. It requiered more than 2 years of work to get all the tracks from 53 bands (such as AFGRUND, BOMBSTRIKE, COLDWORKER, CYNESS, EMBALMING THEATRE, KEITZER, LENG T´CHE, MAGRUDERGRIND, MISERY INDEX, ROTTEN SOUND, SAYYADINA, TOTAL FUCKING DESTRUCTION, JAPANISCHE KAMPFHÖRSPIELE etc..) from all over the world together.
• X-TORSION "Odio Eterno" LP [Noisemonger]
Short! Fast Loud! Powerful! Brutal! X-Torsion is clean-cut quartet from Barcelona, Spain. Not so familiar in SEA hardcore punk scene but may ripped your ear off! They play powerviolence, thrashcore, crossover, fastcore or whatever you might call it. Explosive rhythm section, sharp guitars, powerful blast drumming and angst screaming in spanish. LP comes with lyrics translation. The cover art of Rafa Doc. This LP is a collaboration release with 3 Kicks Recods, La Agonia De Vivir, Broca Records, Sengaja Records, Grindhead Records and Dingleberry Records.
